E-Vikas System (E-Token and Fertilizer Distribution)
All farmers are hereby informed that the facility for booking fertilizer tokens for the Kharif crop year 2026-27 has been started on the E-Vikas portal. Farmers requiring fertilizers for the Kharif 2026-27 crop season may book their fertilizer tokens through the E-Vikas portal.
Important Instructions:
- All farmers are requested to generate their Farmer ID through the Agri Stack portal.
- Sharecroppers (contractors/tenants) who are not landowners may book fertilizers through the e-Vikas system by registering as an ‘Authorized Representative Farmer’ on the Agri Stack portal, subject to obtaining permission from their respective landowners.
- Farmers holding Forest Land Rights (Van Patta) may procure fertilizers through the e-Vikas portal following verification by the Sub-Divisional Officer.
- Fertilizer Provision for Deceased, Physically Disabled, and Elderly Farmers: The e-Vikas (Distribution and Agricultural Fertilizer Supply Solution) system features a dedicated facility on the portal to enable the procurement of fertilizers for deceased farmers—whose land mutation (transfer of ownership) is currently pending—as well as for physically disabled and elderly farmers.
- Procedure for Fertilizer Procurement by Joint Account Holders: For farmers holding joint accounts—where one or more members reside in a different city or abroad, thereby making it impossible to complete the Aadhaar OTP verification process—a facility has been developed on the e-Vikas portal allowing for the nomination of one specific farmer from among the joint account holders .
